Welcome to Blue Lotus Yoga and Wellness. Thank you for visiting the website and considering practicing yoga with us.
My personal yoga journey began in 1997 when I attended a fitness conference and my first yoga class. It was love at first down-dog. After three years of practicing yoga, I began teaching in 2000. I continue to learn about yoga, philosophy, and meditation by practicing regularly, attending workshops, and listening to my students - who are my greatest teachers.
I teach classes that are alignment-based, explorative, and empowering. My hope is that students needs are met where they are in their own practice. Modifications are offered as needed.
